Throughout my life, helping people has been central to who I am. I grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia, and attended Manchester High School, where I discovered my passion for running. The drive to improve my competition times taught me the value of consistent hard work and dedication. I went from being one of the slowest on the team to one of the fastest, which motivated me to help others improve as well. As a result, I served as team captain for two consecutive years, and our team went on to compete at the state level both times.
