Display of information in Online Access and mobile apps

Online Access and the Edward Jones mobile apps are provided as a service and convenience. They complement the relationships our branch teams build and the tailored information and advice we provide. Data limitations

While Edward Jones makes every reasonable attempt to ensure the accuracy of account activity presented in Online Access or the mobile app, it is not intended to replace official records, such as transaction confirmations, statements and other official communications. The timing and calculation methods for performance and pricing data, some of which is estimated or provided by outside vendors, can vary by product and account type. Our support page, Common questions about using Online Access, explains some of these differences, and your branch team can provide pricing information about your Edward Jones assets if needed.

Outside accounts

The information provided online can include accounts held at Edward Jones and other institutions. Edward Jones does not verify the value, ownership or SIPC coverage of all accounts held at other institutions. For the most accurate and complete information about your accounts outside of Edward Jones, you should review official documents, such as statements and trade confirmations, from those institutions.
