Edward Jones does not charge commissions or fees on the purchase or sale of money market mutual funds. However, additional fees, such as minimum balance fees, may apply.

• Retirement Share class - $3 each month the balance is below $1,500
• Investment Share class - $3 each month the balance is below $2,500. There is no minimum investment amount for the Edward Jones Money Market Fund ("Fund"). However, Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P. (“Edward Jones”), in its capacity as the Fund’s transfer agent, may charge you a $3 fee for any month in which you fail to maintain a $2,500 average monthly balance for Investment Shares or a $1,500 average monthly balance for Retirement Shares.
