I grew up in Ypsilanti and earned an undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University. My professional experience includes working in the finance and insurance industries for nearly eight years before spending almost 25 years in higher education as a fundraiser for three major universities. When not at work, I spend time with family, friends and golfing.
