About Matt

I grew up in a small town in the center of North Carolina called Haw River. My parents both worked in education. I attended Appalachian State University where I graduated in 2002. After graduation, I married my high school sweetheart, and we have two beautiful daughters and a pet dog.

I have been involved with many different organizations and events in efforts to help raise funds/awareness for those in need, not only my community, but throughout the US.
