So, there I was, about to graduate with an accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma and imagining a lifetime of moving numbers around on a spreadsheet for some large corporation.

That's not what I wanted. I'm a people person, and I like making a difference, achieving goals and being with friends.

I grew up in the Flower Mound/Highland Village area. During high school, I performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York as a varsity cheer captain. In college, I enjoyed attending OU football games and doing philanthropy work with my sorority, Alpha Phi.
