I grew up in Byron, Illinois, where my parents owned a local campground. I have a bachelor's degree from Florida State University, and I returned to the area after college. I began to learn customer service at a young age through my family's business. I continued a career in customer service through sales and real estate, and now in my current career as a financial advisor.
