I started my first "job" at age 11 umpiring Little League Baseball games which quickly taught me more than I realized (at the time) about the benefits of hard work and doing something you're passionate about.

Umpiring Little League for eight years taught me discipline, conflict resolution, how to be decisive and how to make money doing something I loved.
