My first taste of business came at 11 years old. I took over my sister's paper route in Spencerport, NY – my hometown. Every paper had to be meticulously placed at each customer’s desired location. I handed out invoices and retrieved payment. I learned that exceeding expectations requires trust, attention to detail and knowing the needs of my clients.
