About Jacob

Like many individuals in my generation, my family was greatly affected by the financial crisis between 2007 and 2009. I became curious of why and how people around me were affected, and decided to enter the industry at the entry level. I worked as a bank teller in 2009 for a large financial institution, where I was introduced to the concept of retirement planning and financial client services. Over the next seven years, I worked my way up the ladder and was exposed to everything from checkbook balancing to commercial financing.
