About Bob

Upon graduation in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in management from the U.S. Naval Academy, I began serving 28 years in the Navy as a helicopter pilot stationed on aircraft carriers. During my Navy career, I obtained a Master of Science degree in management in 1993 from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. I also earned a Master of Arts degree in national security and strategic studies in 1999 from the Naval War College in Newport, RI.
