About Alexandra

My most impactful experience with money was when I was 15 years old. I received my first summer job paycheck and was embarrassingly excited about the $186 of possibilities it contained. When my mom picked me up from work I proudly showed her the fruits of my labor and my plans for it. She drove me to Edward Jones, where I thought I was just going to make a deposit, but instead I had an appointment to open up a retirement account. "Retirement?!" I exclaimed.
