In my previous career, I was fortunate to be a federal employee at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, working in the office of public affairs. After nearly four years of service at the agency, I left to start my career at Edward Jones, where I focused at first on helping federal employees navigate their retirement. I began at Edward Jones in the middle of the financial crisis, where I saw a need to help families avoid the issues that prevented so many from meeting their retirement goals.
