I was born and grew up in Tokyo, Japan, and moved to pursue an education here in the United States. My parents told me of the importance of dreaming big and saving money. I prioritized what was important to me and decided to use my hard-earned money to move to America. I received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois in Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
