About John

As a native of Fort Collins, it is wonderful to serve the community that I grew up loving. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in business and emphasis in accounting in 2006, I served the food industry for 11 years. In roles ranging from lodge camp cook to wholesale sales, I engaged with the excitement of a professional kitchen. My final role in the food industry was in distribution, purchasing and logistics for Whole Foods Market, which enforced my deep love of how food expresses a culture and society.
