About Jamie

Growing up in the region in the '70s, I was a math geek, long before that was a cool thing. Before I went off to pursue engineering at Purdue, the father of a friend told me that in life you either earn compound interest or you pay it! That bolt of enlightenment was my introduction to investing. I went on to be a project engineer and project manager on many large industrial plants around the country working to solve problems and build relationships. But traveling left little time to help at my daughter's school or volunteer in the community.
