About Victor

I am a lifelong resident of this area. After growing up on a farm in central Pennsylvania, I earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from Penn State University. Edward Jones has been the perfect fit, and I have been serving clients as a financial advisor with Edward Jones for more than 20 years.

I enjoy being involved in our community. I am a past board member of the Abuse Network and an active member in the Juniata Valley Estate Planning Council, the Hospital Authority Board and the Lewistown Rotary club, where I served as president.
