I am originally from Orangeburg, South Carolina, where I was given the gift of having two great parents who taught me faith, values and the importance of a strong work ethic. My father started on the bottom rung of the ladder in the construction industry and has worked his way up to director of operations at a premier site-prep company in the area. My mother worked full-time as a nurse all while juggling the challenges of raising me and two brothers.
