Anna Carlson

I grew up in the business world with parents who were and still are my idols. I grew up watching them make an honest living through hard work, integrity and respect, but the part that stuck out most to me was how they treated their employees. They treated them like family, true family. In turn, those employees stuck around for years and treated clients the same way. When asked the secret to their business, my parents would tell them to be present, be real and to care about those you work with and those you serve.
