About Stacy

I have lived in the greater San Antonio area all my life. I grew up in New Braunfels and after completing an undergraduate degree in agribusiness and a Master's degree in animal science – meat science from Texas A&M, I spent 15 years in the food manufacturing and retail industries. I have lived in St. Hedwig, Texas, with my husband and stepdaughter for over 10 years. We started raising cattle when we got married and recently have expanded our herd to include registered Herefords. In 2014, my husband and I started our own smokehouse that produces beef jerky for distribution...
