About Alan

I grew up on the farmland of McLeansboro, IL, and obtained a bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Illinois in 1985. I began my career with Edward Jones in 1990, opening the first Edward Jones office in Memphis, TN. Once that office became successful, and desiring to be closer to family, I settled into my office in Greenville, KY, in 1992. This community is where my wife and I raised our daughters. I have built relationships with many clients through the years – through the ups and downs of market volatility, life changes and unexpected events.
