Forgot your user ID? It happens. Here's how to recover it.
From the Online Access login screen, click "Forgot user ID or password?" Then select "Retrieve your user ID."
You'll be prompted to enter your date of birth. Make sure you enter it with two digits for both the day and month and four for the year, separated by forward slashes.
Then, enter the last four digits of your Social Security number.
You'll then be asked to enter your email. The email address must be the one associated with your Edward Jones Online Access enrollment. Then click "Next Step."
If you entered the correct email address associated with your Edward Jones Online Access, then you will receive an email from us containing your user ID. You can then click the Online Access link in the email to be taken back to the Online Access logon page. Enter your user ID and your password.
To confirm your identity, you'll then be asked to choose a delivery method for an authentication code: Text me a code, or, Call me with a code. If you have previously selected "Remember my device," this part of the process will not be necessary.
Retrieve your code from your selected method. Enter it, and you will then be connected to your account.
