Online Access: Reset your password video
Video transcript
Forgot your password? It happens. Here's how to reset it.
From the Online Access login screen, click "Forgot User ID or password?" then select "Reset your Password."
Enter your user ID. Your user ID must be correct in order to complete a successful password reset. If you are unsure of your user ID, please select "Retrieve your User ID" and complete those steps first.
You'll be prompted to enter your date of birth. Make sure you enter it with two digits for both the day and month and four for the year separated by forward slashes.
Then enter the last four digits of your Social Security number and click "Continue."
You'll be asked to select your delivery method. This is so we can send you an authentication code. Choose from one of the methods you have available to you: Text me a code, or, Call me with a code.
Once you have your code, enter it into the Authentication Code field and click "Log in." Your authentication code will always be six digits in length.
You'll then need to create a new password. Your password must be eight to 60 characters with at least two letters and one number or one special character, cannot be the same as your user ID and cannot contain spaces or any of these special characters: ampersand, apostrophe, left curly bracket, right curly bracket, left square bracket, right square bracket, equals sign, vertical line, semicolon, quotation mark, single quotation mark, less-than sign, greater-than sign.
Enter the new password then retype it in the second box and click the "Reset Password" button. If you want to see your password as you type it, click on "Show Password." You will then be logged into your account.
