Learfield, Duke, UNC and University of Oregon Disclosures 

Effective as of July 1, 2026, Edward Jones & Co., L.P. (“Edward Jones”) entered into a marketing and sponsorship agreement with Learfield Sports, LLC (“Learfield”), as the designated multimedia rights holder for Duke University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the University of Oregon athletics programs. Under the agreement, Edward Jones receives certain promotional rights and sponsorship benefits, including designation as the “Official Wealth Management Partner of Duke Basketball,” the “Official Wealth Management Partner of Carolina Basketball,” and the “Official Wealth Management Partner of Oregon Athletics,” as applicable. Edward Jones also receives additional sponsorship benefits, including use of university trademarks and logos, advertising placements during athletic broadcasts, in-venue signage, social media integrations, digital advertising campaigns, game sponsorships, hospitality benefits, financial literacy event opportunities, and certain student-athlete NIL activation rights. 

As consideration for these sponsorship rights and benefits, Edward Jones is obligated to pay Learfield Sports, LLC sponsorship fees totaling $33,979,532 over the initial four-year term of the agreement (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030), payable in installments pursuant to the agreement. If the parties mutually exercise the extension option for the 2030–2031 contract year, Edward Jones would pay an additional $9,122,386, bringing the total potential sponsorship fees under the agreement to $43,101,918. 

Learfield Sports, LLC, Duke University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the University of Oregon are not current clients of Edward Jones. These entities were compensated for this endorsement. To the extent any university, athletic department, student-athlete, coach, broadcaster, or other person provides an endorsement or testimonial concerning Edward Jones, its financial advisors, or its investment advisory services in connection with this sponsorship, such endorsement or testimonial is compensated through the sponsorship arrangement described above.
